A Reno resident since 1980, she and her husband enjoy golf as members at ArrowCreek Country Club, are avid Wolf Pack fans and love to ride their Harley Davidson Road King Classic. Julianne is active with Nevada Women’s Fund and served on the board of directors for Hot August Nights and Reno Women in Advertising.

A native of Texas, Julianne still indulges in all things "Texan," even the accent. She has a BA in English and history and did graduate work in counseling and guidance. After a move to Nevada in 1975, she went into the financial industry working hands on with client loan services, which led to real estate appraising and the beginning of her lifelong interest in homes and decorating.
