Since becoming a realtor 22 years ago, Ed has solved every conceivable problem for many different people. His experience, nurturing nature, good listening skills and sense of humor enabled him to help clients through the process of buying and selling a property with great success and ease. With a background in sales, marketing and management, he is particularly sensitive to understanding his client's needs and focusing his efforts on what it takes to get the job done.

If it's selling a home, he believes in an aggressive marketing program including Print Media, the Internet, Property Brochures, Neighborhood Saturation, and "MLS" exposure. Also, being affiliated with Ferrari-Lund Real Estate, Ed has the resources, support and knowledge of one of northern Nevada's oldest independently owned and respected Real Estate Companies.

Working with Buyers, he enjoys the "nuts and bolts" of Real Estate, and negotiating on client's behalf to achieve an efficient and stress-free pruchase.

Ed, has spent most of his 22-year career focused on residential and investment properties.
