Jim Morris is an agent who has a record of happy and satisfied clients. He is a "local boy," who has watched, along with the rest of us, the Truckee Meadows expand beyond our wildest dreams. Before he was even out of high school, he began working as an assistant for his mother, who is also a licensee. Enjoying this line of work, he received his license in June of 1996. Spending his first three years working primarily with Corporate Owned Properties, Jim has acquired a flare for finding great investment properties. In following along as an "investors agent", Jim naturally received his permit to practice in Property Management soon after he started in Real Estate.

Jim Morris is a real estate agent whose experience will help the value conscience buyer get more house for their money, and help today's seller put more money in their pocket. Outside of the office, Jim has an active lifestyle full of golf with his buddies, building model airplanes in his work shed, and traveling with his fiancé.
