Born in Seattle Washington, have resided in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Southern California (Victorville-Phelan), Northern California (Portola-Chilcoot), Lake Tahoe and Reno. Present Residence: Spanish Springs-Sparks, NV. Interests: Skiing, Golf, Camping, Boating, Art, Music.
I am married for 30 years to wife Emily also a realtor, and team assistant. Our 2 children, Spencer, and Morgann, are both products of Reno/Sparks school system, and reside in the area.
Experience: After obtaining a real estate sales license in 1975, I got involved with the fledgling family land business in the Victorville area outside of L.A. Our family owned large sections of land in the area, and in several western states, including Mesquite, and Pahrump NV. Business boomed, and with our 3 Real Estate offices in the area, brokered by my Mother Joanne Lambdin, we commanded a large market share. My father George Lambdin is still a real estate investor, now in Reno, and land is still a big part of our business. I brought this vast experience in land division, new home construction, financing, sales, and management to Reno in 1988, where we opened Lambdin Real Estate at 325 E. Liberty St. in Reno, Tim Lambdin Broker. In 1993, business called me back to Southern California, where we spent the next 3 years, until finally winding up in Reno in 1996.
Seeking a larger office with an established name, I joined Keystone Realty in 1996, and quickly became a top producer. Coldwell Banker Village Realty took the reins of Keystone Realty shortly afterward and I stayed, opting to help establish a new office in the Double Diamond Ranch area. I was top listing agent and #1 salesman for this office in 2005. Though Coldwell Banker was a great office, I decided to venture "out there" in a couple of building projects that were ill-timed. Finally, in 2006 I landed at Ferrari-Lund Real Estate, a top local company where I now practice my trade, tailored to the new age of real estate. A Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) I know the complicated landscape of homeowners in trouble. Technology has always come easy, from the days of the first "Facsimile Transmission" machine to the complex web based programs that dominate our marketing today.
I have great local knowledge, that includes subdivisions, commercial real estate, and lender practices. I know the good guys from the bad guys.
