With extensive background in sales and management for homes and land and a visionary eye for the changing trends in today’s real estate market, I believe that good real estate takes a small village of professionals, working in sync to help clients acquire the property they want at the best price and maintaining value.
Whether it’s a new home, investment property or a "pup tent", my commitment is to provide professional insight and perspective for customers and clients. I first learned real estate at a young age, helping in my family's brokerage in Northern California. Since the early 90’s, that early real estate training has been of good use, remodeling my own homes (turning a healthy profit) and later applying that experience with a REIT in Atherton, California: REO’s, property management, marketing and sales in California, Wyoming and Northern Nevada. Later expanding to management of commercial properties, including office buildings, small retail centers, mixed use buildings and investment properties, as well as management of multiple community associations and spent several years in new home sales and development, as well as management of single family homes.
An avid devotee' to Real Estate, but when time allows, adventures include Author, Cowgirl, PADI certified diver & snorkeler, jewelry designer, an inveterate traveler & "foodie", and novice photographer.
As an extension of my career, I volunteer for the Risk Reduction Committee for the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors and a member of NARPM as well as community groups, charitable organizations such as Peninsula Volunteers, the Junior Museum Guild, Professional Woman’s Council, the Career Action Center, the Women’s Council/Chamber of Commerce and Sister City delegate to Zhuhai, China and the Center of Domestic Violence.
